Open-source your knowledge: DixonBaxi on rethinking how branding agencies should work
Tom Pelling joined London’s Nicer Tuesday stage in December to talk about his time at the branding agency DixonBaxi. The talk gave the audience an insight not just into how DixonBaxi works, but how a branding agency should work – from taking “creative sabbaticals” to help designers connect with each other to letting “knowledge become open-source” in order to demystify the design world for students and freelancers.
