Former Tottenham goalie Alfie Whiteman on his journey from professional footballer to photographer-director
Alfie Whiteman is perhaps the ultimate multihypenate – because he’s a former Tottenham goalkeeper turned photographer/director! Whilst training to be a professional footballer, he discovered a “parallel life” of photography and in the process, sacrificed his childhood dream for something more daring. Alfie joined us on the Nicer Tuesdays stage in July to tell his story from back to front, from guarding the net to snapping photos of a completely different sport: toe wrestling.
